The I-WISE (Indigenous Women in Sustainability & Environment) workshop is designed to foster gender‑inclusive leadership in the blue economy, to connect Indigenous women and 2SLGBTQ+ individuals through mentorship, storytelling, and shared learning while building leadership skills and supporting careers in Canada's ocean sector. All Indigenous peoples, men, women and two-spirit are welcome at this event. Participants leave with stronger leadership skills, new professional connections, and a pathway to ongoing mentorship.
